Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Zignin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms apply to the Zignin iOS app and to this website.

Zignin is provided by Roberto Pelayo, an individual, referred to in these Terms as "we" or "us".

Zignin is built for practicing real estate agents. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you are responsible for holding whatever licences and permissions your work requires. Zignin does not verify your licence status.

Zignin is an iOS application that helps agents host open houses, capture properties into a Collection, run a visitor sign in kiosk, organize leads, track progress through XP and related features, and record their own earnings and business performance.

Zignin is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or your brokerage's policies.

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

• Use Zignin in line with the laws and professional rules that apply to you
• Be truthful in what you present to open house visitors
• Keep your device secure, especially while it is being used as a visitor kiosk
• Maintain your own records where your business or brokerage requires it

When visitors sign in at your open house, they are providing information to you. You are responsible for collecting and using that information lawfully, including any consent, disclosure, marketing, calling, and messaging rules that apply where you work.

You agree not to use Zignin to collect information deceptively, to contact people in ways they have not agreed to, or to sell or transfer visitor information in violation of applicable law.

Zignin Pro is an auto renewing subscription available at $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year. Monthly and annual plans provide the same feature access. There is no permanent free tier.

If your subscription lapses, your existing business information remains viewable in a limited mode. Actions that add or modify business data require an active subscription.

New subscribers may be offered a 14 day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple before the applicable renewal. Trial eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

All Zignin subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple before the applicable renewal. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Roberto Pelayo does not process your payment and does not receive your card details.

Cancel at any time in your Apple subscription settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zignin. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because Apple handles billing, refunds are governed by Apple's policies and are requested through Apple. Roberto Pelayo cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Zignin is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

These Terms are between you and Roberto Pelayo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Zignin or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You agree not to:

• Use Zignin for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Resell, sublicense, or share your subscription access with others
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the service

You keep ownership of the content you put into Zignin, including property information, photos, notes, lead records, and business figures. You grant Roberto Pelayo the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content so the app can work for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Zignin, including the app, this website, the name, the design, and the software, is owned by Roberto Pelayo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use Zignin while your subscription or trial is active. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted, including information collected from open house visitors. It forms part of your agreement with Roberto Pelayo.

Zignin is offered as it is available. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We aim to give notice of significant changes where it is practical to do so.

Zignin is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Roberto Pelayo does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any business result will follow from using it. You are responsible for keeping your own records of your transactions and commissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roberto Pelayo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost leads, or lost data arising from your use of Zignin. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Roberto Pelayo harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of Zignin, your content, your handling of visitor and lead information, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Zignin at any time. Roberto Pelayo may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if required by law. When access ends, the rights granted here end with it.

If you are signed in, you can delete your account inside the app at Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.

Deleting your Zignin account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings, or billing will continue.

These Terms may be updated as Zignin develops. When they are, the effective date at the top of the page changes. Continuing to use Zignin after an update means the updated Terms apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here removes any consumer protection right you have under the law of the place where you live.
