Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription runs through Apple, so you can cancel it from your Apple subscription settings at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Where do I manage my subscription?
In the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zignin. Apple handles billing, renewals, and cancellations for every plan.
Does the annual plan have different features?
No. Monthly and annual give you exactly the same Zignin Pro access. Annual simply costs less over a year.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your business information stays viewable in a limited mode. Pro actions that add or change business data need an active subscription, so reactivating puts everything back to normal.
Do I need an account?
No. Creating an account is optional. It exists so your Zignin data can be backed by your own cloud account rather than living only on the device.
Can I use Zignin without creating an account?
Yes. You can use the app without signing up, and app data can live locally on your device. Creating an account later adds cloud backed account functionality.
Is there a free version?
There is a 14 day free trial rather than a permanent free tier. After the trial, Zignin Pro is the only plan.
